Exercise

Woke up feeling tired, so I did everything very slowly. On the way to catching the clifford bus i had to slow down my pace too, because i was also having an apple– I won’t be able to catch up with my breath if i walked as fast as ususal.
Sigh, I am so out of shape. Kept telling myself it’s time to exercise but never did anything. Everybody is doing exercise one way or another. Most I know is yoga and gym.
My problem is I don’t believe anything fantastic in Yoga, and I find gym super boring.
Early last year Gordo bought me a bicycle, because I agree that after 25, a woman should deliberately do somthing to keep up the appearance. The bicycle was meant for me to go to the beauty salon. In this way I get to improve my skin and the body gets some exercise.
But what happened is that my bicycle is abandoned and now rusted.The lady in the beauty salon gave up after calling me so many times.
Taking a long walk is not bad, but summer is too hot, winter is too cold. What should I do??

P.S. Last night watched a movie called “Premonition” by Sandra Bullock and that Nip tuk guy–whatshisname? That is one messy movie and it leaves you feeling depressed.Nip tuck guy plays a husband that is so unresponsive it’s suffocating. Even in the end the guy supposedly love his wife back it does not make you feel good. You still get this detached feeling, I don;t know its the movie or he is just a bad actor.

I hope tonight we can have some good movie.
