Last year I took an X-ray test and it showed a dislocated bone in my neck. I did some massage and pull-ups in Clifford hospital and it alleviated the pain.But it is a story to be continued, unfortunately. The doc told me the right way to do is wear a corrector for 5 weeks. After some serious pain I agreed but there was no corrector that fits my neck in the hospital at the time. Doc told me to find it outside and come back so he could help me wear it.
I did some small effort trying to look for it and meanwhile the pain became tolerable. So I continued to procrastinate. Some days when I woke up the pain is almost neglectable, while some days it’s bad, especially when the weather is wet. So you would imagine how I feel lately.
Yesterday I woke up with a headache. I know what causes it. Trying in vain to shake it off. Then I went with Gordo to have the car inspection. While getting out of the car I felt a sharp hurtful nerve at the back of my neck, and since then it’d gotten worse. I still hoped to sleep off it and wake up feeling fresh and painless–but it turned out just like the weather– same shit, different day. No, everyday is worse.
Yesterday Gordo was saying:”I was finding it strange that you haven’t been to the hospital for over a week now…” Yes, sadly,Clifford hospital is like our second entertainment center.
So, probably tomorrow I am going back there. I hope the doc does not remember me.
I would just like to know–for dislocated bone(there is one bone that went off center some 3mm or sth), is there no other way apart from wearing that thing for 5 weeks?
And to my friends, whats wrong with you people?! NO, it’s NOT because of weird sexual position so stop asking and give me some constructive advise!

Went out with Mary in the afternoon.Bought a Chanel lip-liner and a beautiful maxi-length floral dress. It’s almost against principle because anything longer than knee-length is not for MY summer.
But this one is exceptionally comfortable and has a LOOK.
The shocking thing is while waiting for Mary outside of Friendship supermarket, I browsed around the tea store–and what beautiful sets they have to offer! Very very exquisite. Price is not as cool–from 500rmb to 3000 plus. One of their sets which looks similar to ours costs 680, while Gordo paid only 160. And the kettle, we paid 160 and they sell at 280.
I smiled at the girl behind the counter and said:”Thanks, very nice, Love them.I’ll be back.”
The hell I will…

Today I got my 3 dresses back from the stitchers.
Dress1:
The round corner of the right hem should be more drastic. The slit should be longer. The bust area should open more.
Dress2:
Both sideseam slit should be longer. Flap should be smaller. shape should be less regular.No need interfacing on flaps.
Dress3:
Dress 3 is so ill-fitted I can not even show the back. Of course this type of dress is what Gordo called “not very commercialized” because of the dificulty in making it fit, which I totally agree….but it’s so bad to the point I can wear for a pic.
All of the 3 dress are tight. For dress 2 I have to hold my breath. My bust is small as it is, and they press it even more. I’ll have to ask the stitcher to loosen it up for me next time.
Comments: I like all of them, if they all fitted better. But for my pattern-maker, this is his first time to work with weird body shape like mine. And it’s all free of charge. Can’t blame him.
If we keep doing it, I think we will make progress.

Lately started to find it cool in a lot of Chinese elements.
KungFu tea set for example.
As a Chaoshanese,I should, but don’t know a lot of this art of traditional tea-serving. This is a set Gordo bought from Xiamen. I like this un-complicated look. cute and cool. together he bought some modestly expensive Woo-long, and with the simple tools I started playing.
Of course I am very clumsy. There are rules about water temperature, to each type of tea, the height to which one should hold the kettle while pouring water, etc, etc. But I play it simple. Drink it or leave it.
There is a sweet after-taste to this type of Woo-Long. Love it. Of course last night I couldn’t close my eyes until after 2am.

Gordo is on a business trip today and will be back tomorrow.
My dad came in the afternoon. My parents have a conspiracy to make me fat. He brought so much food.
Xiao tan does not look happy today. All day she just wants to be alone. She has more independence than me. She is 8 months old by now,which may be around 10 years old in human age. So does that mean I am worse than a 10-year-old kid??
I am getting very uneasy because I don;t have anybody to bother, since Gordo is not here…
I went to bother Xiao Tan but she wouldn’t give a damn.

My first assignment is 9 styles and by now I have 5 styles ready (without fabric).Today I walked the market with Mom for a few hours and did not find anything that makes me scream.
There was a nice-looking black piece there, but it was sold out before we could buy it.
So…I don’t know, not very excited.
Also passed the 3 styles to stitcher. She charges 70rmb/piece. It’s a bit expensive but I rather have it expensive but nice than cheap and crappy. They will be finished by next Tuesday. These 3 dresses are for myself.
For the work project, I either have to go to ZhongDa again, or go to Haiyin. Either way I have to go again.
I am still not very good at choosing fabric.I am not very experienced. Today I was in the store I often go, and I looked at those fabrics I bought before, and I thought those are ugly.
